Born Kellie Dawn Pickler on June 28 1986 Pickler had a troublesome childhood. When she was two, her mother fled an abusive relationship. Pickler was brought back to her mom in the year 1995, when she assumed custody. It didn't go according to was planned. Pickler's grandparents raised her from 12 to adulthood. Pickler had to be busy with her children in the absence of her parents. In the absence of both parents, Pickler was too busy to attend school. In the meantime, she began learning how to look after her family earlier in age. Pickler was a cheerleader in her middle and high schools. Pickler graduated in 2004 in 2004 from North Stanly High School. Pickler is also a beauty contestant. Her name was even a reference to Miss Stanly County.
