Apryl announced on December 7 on the 7th of December, 2015 that they were leaving the show and would not be returning to the show for a second season. Apryl's child A'mei was born on March 7, 2016. Apryl made public her split from Omarion within four months. Apryl's guest appearance was in season four when she sat together with Lil' Fizz. They discussed a B2K possibility of a reunion. Apryl returns to the show in season 6, which follows her custody fight with Omarion in addition to the media speculation and scrutiny regarding her relationships to Lil' Fizz.
